BS Islamic Studies Program, launched in 2018 at GIFT, is now entering a new phase. The program has been redesigned to cater in a better way to the educational, intellectual and social needs of the students. A conscious effort has been made to make this program one of the best choices for those students, especially the young promising girls, who want to obtain a BS degree in a Humanities or Social Sciences with in Islamic orientation.
With its uniquely designed curriculum and the envisaged objectives, the degree in BS Islamic Studies will help graduates in their employment or entrepreneurial careers. Graduates can start different independent initiatives in a number of capacities such as freelancer bloggers, writers and educators. The degree will also facilitate them in securing jobs as editors, researchers and teachers. Graduates with appropriate research aptitude can also pursue Mphil and PhD degrees in the discipline.
